Error about webfigure.tld in Matlab

I am doing a project using jars produced by Matlab in JAVA Web.When I need to draw figures like Matlab,I should use webfigure.tld for help. But when I import the tld into MyEclipse(the IDE),it shows error:"the content of element type "taglib" must match......" but I did not make any change to the tld.How should I deal with it?
