matlab code execution time is less in lower configured computer than higher one

This is Pinaki. I am having a problem regarding the execution time of my .m code. One system with intel dual core processor 2.8GHz, 2GB ram is executing one matlab code in around 100 minutes whereas the same code is taking around 320 minutes in a system comprising amd fx 4300 quad core processor 4.00GHz, 4GB ram. Same version of of matlab is used. How the performance of the system with amd processor can be increased?

See what the following function values are on both machines. You should get 2 for your dual core and 4 for your quad core.
