Solve nonliner algebraic equation system andordinary diffrantioal equation system together

I want solve two systems equation by bvp4c in matlab at one domain. the two systems couple together and I must be solved simultaneously and one system is nonlinear algebraic equation system and another system is ordinary diffrantioal equation system.how do I define nonlinear algebraic equation system at bvp4c in matlab ????
