How to put bounding boxes for each handwritten letter of a cursive writing?

I Have an handwritten image as attached.I have to segment each letter..we are yet to achieve this by bounded boxes.Now in our code,we are not getting boxes for each letter correctly..The code is also attached.Pls help me.. Thank you
