Which one of those divisions (or similarities) are more statistically significant? 1/2, 2/4 or 3/6?

All the divisions lies on the same result, but statistically they are different. If we consider the numbers as being features for a similarity score, which one of them are more reliable? How to find the pvalues for each one? Thank you in advance.
