I have to acquire(and save) images from a DALSA Falcon camera for 1 minute. Each frame is 1400x1280 8bit. After about 3 seconds the Image Acquisition Tool gives an OUT OF MEMORY error. Is it possible to acquire this large amount of data without losing frames? Thanks

is your camera assuming USB 3.1 but are you using USB 2?
What Falcon model are you exactly using?
ANALOG and NATIONAL INSTRUMENTS have really good DAQ hardware to solve the kind of buffering you are trying to solve, this link may help: http://uk.mathworks.com/hardware-support/nidaqmx.html?s_tid=srchtitle

I'm using a Camera Link connection on a dedicate xcelera-CL-PX4_1 card, but I don't know if this answer your question;
I'm using a Falcon 1.4M100 XDR Monochrome – FA-20-01M1H.
Thanks for your help Alice
