How to send plot data of a image to aurdino ?

I had code which detects various colurs. I am getting various colours in separate subplots how can I use particular subplot data to control a particular task such rotating a motor in forward direction if my plot has red colour data or in anticlockwise if my plot had blue colour data? I have browsed in mathwork but I am only able know how to send integer data.

I want to use picture information to control a object pls help how can picture information can be send to aurdino? Atleast please tell me the process to use figure() information or subplot informatio in MATLAB to control external equipment using aurdino( not about supporting packacage)?
