sum of squared error in clustering evaluation

hi, I'm new in matlab. i would like to calculate SSE for result of clustering algorithm. i have 750 records with 5 dimensions, and i cluster the D Base with 5 clustering algorithms (k-means, x-means,kohonen,...) i want to compare the result of these clustering algorithm, i don't know how to calculate SSE with matlab app? i search and i find something about one-way anova but i have 750 record with 5 dimensions?!?! for example: in k-means result: i have 6 clusters with different size. cluster 1: 16 , cluster2: 165,... help me please
