how to use Simulink.sdi.clear

I have a system of ODEs that I am trying to solve numerically and I need to run the time for about 1600. I am getting out of memory result because of the big data. Can I use the Simulink.sdi.clear code to clear the previous data while solving the system? If so, how can I do this? Regards.
