Work in a Spring-Damper System

Hello,

I have modelled a non linear mass-spring-dapmer system, similar to a bouncing ball problem.

Now I want to compute the work done from the Damper. Is there a way to integrate the force(t) in respect to the way(t)??

Hi, I need to model non-linear spring and damper too. Could you provide me ideas on how to model it? Thanks
