Where can I find the serial number for license R2013a?

I have two version of MATLAB -- 2016 and 2013. The 2016 is working great. However, one of the programs I just bought ('PlusTipTracker' -Gaudenz Danuser) requires the 2013 version. When I go onto my account --> manage license --> get license file --> choose release: R2013a, I get the error message "Information regarding your computer architecture is missing or invlalid".
How can I get the license number?

What happens if you type "license" into MATLAB? Also, you could contact Technical Support.
