Eye Diagram of a Trapozoidal shape Signal

Hi there, I have to measure the jitter and SNR of a trapozoidal signal which obtain from a network...my choice was eyediagram,but I can't use and plot it corrctly for my signal in such a way that can have jitter and noise measurement... how should I use commscop.eyediagram? my signal has 31.25khz frequency and 339674 samples per .01 second
