textscan an url file

Hi, I have the following url (see below). Once I get it I want to use textscan in such a way that it gives me all the dates which are between the symbols '<td>date</td>'.
url = [ 'https://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?action=getcompany&CIK=msft&type=10-q&dateb=&owner=exclude&count=100' ];
csv = native2unicode(webread(url).');
data = textscan(csv, '%s');

You cannot do that. However you can urlread() the content into a string and then textscan the string. The first parameter to textscan can be a string instead of a fileid
