weighted matrix from ANSYS CFX in matlab

Hello,
I Need to put my Simulation results, which I got from a CFX Simulation in EXCEL as [x,y,z,temeperature] to a weighted Matrix in matlab, so that every Point x,y,z has its value of temeperature.
