How do I design a model so that I get kp,ki,kd values for a given transfer function in Matlab/Simulink.

hello friends how can i design a model using simulink environment to get Kp,Ki,Kd values for a given transfer function, it might be equation solving method, or using loop up table, kindly tell me the procedure.
