How to load the .dat file http://www.physionet.org/physiobank/database/ptbdb/patient001/s0010_re.dat into matlab?
When I load this following error appearing

??? Error using ==> load

Try this
[FileName,PathName] = uigetfile('ECG.mat');
localdir = dir;
cd(PathName);
load(FileName);
cd('C:\Users\username\Documents\MATLAB\cd');

Try this

You will not be able to load that file using the "load" command!
