Here's what I have so far:
x=2
y=(tan(9*x))/(x.^0.5)

You told each of the function, but I see only one, so here is the solution:
x=0.1:0.1:5;
for i=1:numel(x)
y(i)=(tan(9*x(i)))/(x(i).^0.5);
end
subplot(2,1,1)
plot(x,y)
