How do I detect cpu flags which were used for compiling mex files?

I have an old code compiled on Matlab 2014b (Centos 6.5). It is now failing in deployment to an image on a far away server. I suspect that the far server does not have the right cpu flags available. How can I detect which CPU optimization flags are needed for a mex file? How do I detect the cpu flags currently in use by the matlab compiler?
