What is your operating system: Linux, Mac OS, Windows?

My operating system is windows 7 32-bit AND the release is MATLAB 2012b

MATLAB R2012b is not currently supported on *any* hardware or operating system, as it has not even reached beta testing yet. The latest released version is R2012a .
