Deploy algorithm for evaluating product quality using image processing on Arduino Mega

Hi, I am working on a project to evaluate product quality using image processing technique... I have completed my algorithm, but now I need help how can I interface my algorithm with Arduino Mega so that the Arduino can trigger my algorithm to start and give the result.
