If you are already licensed for it, then on the top right side select Add-Ons -> Get Add-Ons . In the explorer that comes up, search for Data Acquisition and click to install.
Note: if you are using MS Windows you will probably need to Run As Administrator for the MATLAB session you are doing this in.
