Getting Matlab to read DAC0 pin from arduino Due

Hi, I have a signal which I encoded on a due. I need Matlab to read an fft of that signal. Or to word it another way, use Matlab as my spectrum analyser. My code is on the Arduino Due in the Arduino IDE environment, and can output rhe signal to a speaker. Com8 is the port. any help much appreciated. Kind Regards Kay
