How to use matlab shortcut in windows?

For example F9, each time when I type in F9, the windows always starts the search function instead of evaluation the session chosen in matlab.

Is this the only way to avoid the conflict between windows shortcut and matlab?I want to find ways to both use the two short cuts instead of setting them myself.Thanks！
