Continuous Datatransfer between MATLAB and Nucleo STM32F429ZI with up to 512 kHz

Hello,

on my STM32F429ZI i'm sampling 12-Bit Values at a rate of up to 512 kHz. Now I would like to transmit this data in a continuous way to ab MATLAB application on Windows. Obviously transmitting over a COM-port is not possible as it is limited to 115200 Baud.

My question is if there is a way to aquire the data in matlab through some kind of other interface like USB or Ethernet?
