Please help me to enhance the details of an image by using various transformation methods in spatial domain and Fourier transform in frequency domain without using inbuilt functions.

I have done lot of work. Also gone through book of digital image processing by woods but that techniques not giving that much inhancing of image

No indication of the work you did, no examples of the images you want to enhance (nor what enhancing means for you), no clear description of which functions you are not allowed to use, no clear goal.
