Gaussian pulse for bit transmission

I want to simulate by using Matlab Gaussian pulse for one-bit transmission in wireless network with 100-fs-long duration and 1pJ energy and
1THz frequency and the average ratio of bit “1” in a packet is 50%.
How I can simulate this in Matlab? Is there any built-in function to simulate this?

There are many simulators.
What channel model?
What's one-bit transmission?
Binary modulation? ASK, with Gaussian pulse shape?
