You seem like a man of few words, so I'll respond likewise.
1. Never heard of it. Why don't you spell out that acronym? (Ah - I see from your earlier request that it means Minimum perimeter polygon, but I've still never heard of it).
2. Try bwperim(), or get the Perimeter measurement from regionprops().
3. Again, never heard of it. What does this even mean? I propose that a photo would help you explain what "boundary" is and why "boundary" can even have a width.
