Canceling out measurement units

Hello everyone,
I am a bit of a beginner with Matlab, yet I seem not to find an answer to this one. When using the Symbolic Math Toolbox and consistent measurement units, is it possible to have these cancel out, when such should be the case?
I.e. receiving the result as a double instead of NUMBER*([N]^2*[s]^4)/([kg]^2*[m]^2) (the units cancel out)
