Numerical issues with matlab 2016

My simulink model (MATLAB 2016a) consisting of PV array, boost and MPPT is working fine with powergui in continuous mode. But in discrete, I am getting errors in converging. How can I solve it? Solver used: Variable-step ode 23(Bogacki-Shampine).
