How to attach a DC motor to joint in Simscape?

I want to add a DC Motor to a joint or a link in Simscape. I use the built in DC Motor but I can not connect it to any point. Actually I want to drive my link with a DC Motor.

For example in the following figure I want to add a DC Motor to the first link.

Hi all,

In R2021a we added interface blocks to more easily connect Simscape Multibody joints to 1D mechanical Simscape networks.

Below is a picture shows how they can be connected starting in R2021a. This model is part of the Simscape Multibody Multiphysics Library. Energy exchange is bidirectional between the mechanical and electrical networks.
