Error in Adams 2018 controls with matlab R2014a

Good evening, I have created a model with Adams and now I need to added a control for this model.the following error shown After run that simulink in matlab: Error while obtaining size from MEX S-Function ‘adams-plant’ Invalid MEX-file Although i have adams-plant.mex64 but it seems matlab couldn’t use that. what should i do?thanks for any respond??
