I am trying to write formulas involving specific values from the table by quoting specific row and column names

I have uploaded the a table of values from excel that include various values with named rows and columns. I am trying to write formulas involving specific values by calling out a specific colum and row. Here is an example of what I am working with and hopefully you can lead me in the right direction.

You appear to have imported the file correctly with readtable. All readtable is telling you in the Warning is that it had to create valid MATLAB variable names from the column headers in order to create the table. There is no error.

I'm not questioning the error, I'm questioning how to select specific values off the table and use them in formulas. For instance how would I multiply the values of (1,2) * (1,3) ?
