estimado normalmente es mucho más díficil pasar de Matlab a C++, consulta la documentación oficial de Matlab ya que según vi el documento de word solamente necesita funciones como input, while, disp de Matlab

The zip file attached to the question contains a word document with macros. I would urge caution in opening that file.
