I want to insert two submatrices (5x4 and 5x1) in one bigger (5x5)

Dear Community i have the submatrices (5x4 and 5x1) and i want to put them with the matrix concetrate block (in simulink) in one bigger order matrix 5x5 but when i try this block my simulink model is giving the above error (8x8) and i can't understand the reason?
