Which solver is best to solve my MINLP problem?

Hi, last time I tying to solve minlp problem using OPTI toolbox.

But I think that toolbox has some limit, So I will try to use optimization toolbox.

Therefore, I should choose solver. as i think to solve my objective function ga is best. this is right?
