Data Acquisition Toolbox, NI and MCC driver not operational

I am trying to read a RedLab 1208LS into Matlab. At first i installed the driver given by the manufacturer and then the hardware support package by MATLAB.

The DAQami Software (from manufacturer) recognizes the device, but MATLAB shows this info:

Additional data acquisition vendors may be available as downloadable support packages.

Open the Support Package Installer to install additional vendors.

I am using MATLAB 2019b (Update 4) and Data Acquisition Toolbox.

After some restarts ni works, but mcc is still not operational.

Cheers, did you found some solution??? Same problem here with a Redlab 1408FS

No chance to get it work within matlab :'( :'(

I looked trough the software provided by Meilhaus Electronics (the Manufacuterer) and there is a program called InstaCal which you need to run prior to be able to use the card. (Although it was not stated in the manual)

After running this and a restart i got it to work.

are you able to use the digital subsystem with your 1208LS aswell?

My 1408FS is telling matlab that its a analog io system only :(

I did not try to use the digital system, since i needed only the analog connections.
