How to make this block diagram in simulink?

R=0 were supposed to be a unit step, but I don't understand how to input the parameter value correctly

U=1/s were supposed to be a unit step too, but I can't write 1/s for the value, so what should I write instead?

The Kc thing is PI controller, I get it.

I also understand how to input the transfer function.

Help Please?
