Corr with Matlab - Other null hypothesis

hi everyone,

is there a way to get correlation coefficients in Matlab, and p-values for the null hypothesis of perfect positive correlation, instead of the default that is rho=0, against the alternative of correlation being less than 1?

H-null: rho = 1
H-1: rho<1

you want to test that Ho = 1 (instead of 0) against Ha<1 correct? May I ask why?
