Modeling fuel economy of LRR tires based on J939 data?

What is the bestway to modeling the fuel economy of LRR tires based on J1939 data? There was a case with aerodynamic devices (http://www.stemco.com/news/stemco-announces-development-of-new-real-world-fuel-efficiency-test-for-trailertail-technology/),however there aren't cases with LRR tires,and there is a influence of rolling resistence in the fuel consumption.

I don't think we can provide any meaningful guidance to such a broad question. Is there a specific problem that you're trying to solve? What models are you using to study fuel economy today? You tagged this a pertaining to the Vehicle Dynamics Blockset product. Are you trying to use the reference applications in that product to study fuel economy? Please help us understand what you're looking for.

Today to proof the fuel economy of two different tires the alternative is use Benchmark reference (ATA/SAE ,TMC Fuel Consumption Test Procedure – Type III, RP 1103A,https://www.continental-truck.com/truck/company/newsroom/0123019-fuelefficiency), and estimate the stock turnover of the tires and retreads.

Other result could be founded at the page 43 of NACFE (https://nacfe.org/technology/low-rolling-resistance-duals/).The demand it's with GPS data,get the fuel economy.

As an industrial engineering view the restriction of the problem are:To invest in maintenance to promote fuel economy,you have to increase the maintenance budget,the alternatives wich minimize the maintenance cost are:Use Telematics (telematics promote a good return at the begin with driver training,and logistic optmization),Aerodynamics device could minimize the maintenance cost at begin,and with LRR tires we have a high average storage time major problem to buy any technologie or do a service wich promote fuel economy are:A high cost at the begin,the Manager sometimes should increase the maintenance budget,otherwise the fuel consumption will increase and some products like tires could have a less service life.Some products like telematics promote good return at the begin,and the case of iosix with Stemco it's (://www.trucker.com/equipment/article/21744972/stemco-develops-fuel-efficiency-test-for-trailertail).
