How can I draw a cylinder on a cube using pde modeler commad?

Hi, I want to make a geometry of a cylinder (dimension: height '1' and radius '0.5' at the point (0, 2, 0) on a cube (dimension 2x2x2 at the point (0,0,0)) using the pde modeler tool. Can you give me an idea, how can I draw it?

The pdeModeler App doesn’t allow user to draw a 3D model.

A possible workaround is creating geometry from mesh using volume mesh or convex hull or alpha shape.
