Does anyone have the graph of the relation of Rhodamine B grayscale intensity vs temperature? Graph in excel file will be good.

I am working on some fluorescence thermography, which requires reading off intensity values off the microscopic image taken using Rhodamine B fluorescence dye on matlab, and later using some relation of intensity vs temperature to directly find the temperature readings corresponding to the intensity values. Please help! Thanks!

Any reason someone should do your work? What have you tried so far?

No one will have that. You will have to calibrate your own system by taking intensities at known temperatures. The same sample at the same temperature taken on different people's systems will have different colors/intensities due to different illumination and camera settings, so you can't just pluck a calibration curve off the internet somewhere and use it.
