How to determine the frequency band of a leaf node in Wavelet packet Transform?

1 view (last 30 days)
For a decomposition level of j = 3, there will be 2^j = 8 (for n = 0, 1,⋯, 7) leaf nodes at the Jth decomposed level. Then how can we determine the frequency band of each leaf node?
In a paper, the authors have taken IF, sampling rate, and the bandwidth of the bandpass filter as 4.092, 16.368, and 2.046 MHz, respectively. In that case, they said that only 2 nodes fall in the pass-band, i.e. nodes {2, 3}.
When I have tried using [nFs/(2^(j+1),(n+1)Fs/2^(j+1)) n=0,1,…2^(j−1) where Fs is the sampling frequency as given in https://in.mathworks.com/help/wavelet/ug/wavelet-packets-decomposing-the-details.html nodes {2,3,4,5} are falling in the pass-band which is not same as what the authors has said.
Can someone help me with this?
