Exporting matrix from matlab to ENVI

dear all i have a 1 band satellite image importing to matlab as tif format, after some manipulating it, now i have a matrix with double values and many NuNs. now i want to export it again to ENVI software preferably in tiff format. i try different commands and function like dlmwrite and save but the final tiff image has only two value 255 and 0! however my actual values are between 700 to 1100 any help or suggestion on this problem. i would thank you in advance

You can use imwrite function
