How to print Rsdnrm after fitting?

I used the following code to fit my experimental data.
[theta,Rsdnrm,Rsd,ExFlg,OptmInfo,Lmda,Jmat]=lsqcurvefit(@kinetics,theta0,t,c);
But I wonder how good the fit is. I'm trying to print this Rsdnrm value. Could anyone help me to display this value?

The ‘Rsdnrm’ output is a scalar double value, and exists in the workspace after lsqcurvefit completes its estimation. Just use fprintf or sprintf to print it.

I'm realy sorry for the simple question but where can i find more information on this code line?
Especially theta,Rsdnrm,Rsd,ExFlg,OptmInfo,Lmda,Jmat (I tried to search for it but couldn't get any information)
What is Rsdnrm? Is it the residual sum of squares meaining sum of (data-fit)²
What is Rsd? Is it the standard deviation of my data matrix and the fit, so the deviation between just two values?
What is ExFlg? ExFlg is 0 what does it mean?
What is OptmInfo?
What is Lmda?
What is Jmat?
