data is as follows:
range 200 300 400 500 600 700 800... horizontal angle 15.8 20.2 25.6 31.4 37.4 43.8 50.... vertical angle -25 -25 -25 -25 -25 -25 -25....
i made a matrix of the currrent data and interpolated the data via interp2....but now i need to find an equation that can satisfy this data... n i m unable to do that...

There are an infinite number of equations that interpolate it. Which one do you want?

Look up the command
interp3
in MATLAB's documentation which comes with MATLAB doesn't need any specific toolbox.

probably the most simpler one that can fit this data will best suit me...
