I want to plot polytopes of higher dimentions than 3 (e.i. hypercube). I know there is a commmand in Mathematica but i don't know how to use it. So I want to know if MatLab is capable for this task.

If might be helpful if you do not only mention, that you know a command for another software package, but tells its name also, such that we have the chance to know, what you are looking for.
Please notice, that 3D animations are 4D renderings already, which use the time as 4th direction.

Another possibility is showing three spatial dimensions on axes, and then color for the 4th dimension.
Another possibility is showing projections in various combinations of dimensions.
