Why am I getting the Not enough Space error on install?

I am trying to install Matlab on my machine and im getting the not enough disk space error even though i changed the desination of the program to my hard drive which has plenty of space. But everytime I try to install it is showing it needs space in my C drive even though I have set its destination to my Hard drive.

Use the downloadfolder flag and tmpdir flag during installation as described in the above link.
