How can I delete a single data point from one of my thingspeak channels

I have (stupidly) sent a single value to the wrong field in one of my channels in Thingspeak. Unfortunately it is 1000 time larger than the rest of the data so I can’t just live with it.
Is there any way I can delete a single data point from a channel?

The work around that I've used:
Export the data then edit the export file and delete the bad data. Next clear the entire channel and finally upload the fixedup data file.

Thanks, this is what i ended up doing. The only thing i can add is to not forget to remove the record number column from the original Feeds file and leave just the datatime and data fields for the upload.

I agree with the last comment in the 'old' post site when this was first raised in 2016 Now another year on now ..... its 2021 ... still no easy solution. Typo's area fact of life in datasets and programmers must make corrections easy !
