I want to make the xlabel (A_z)^-1/4 (ba)^(-1/4) in plot. (i.e. I want to raise power -1/4 and lower z for the same letter A)
xlabel('A_z^(-1/4) (ba)^(-1/4)')
but mine didnt work. Can you please help me how to write it?

Two options:
xlabel('A_z^{-1/4} (ba)^{-1/4}')
or:
xlabel('$A_z^{-\frac{1}{4}} (ba)^{-\frac{1}{4}}$', 'Interpreter','latex')
.
