creating a graph on matlab

I wanted to create a graph for the following cost matrix (i,j):
[0 3 4 0;
3 0 5 3;
4 5 0 5;
0 3 5 0]
where i and j are nodes. If the matrix has a zero that means there is no arc between the two nodes. if the matrix has a value then that would mean there is an arc between the two nodes with a distance (the value given in the matrix). I would like to create a graph with arcs and its respective costs.
How can I do it on matlab?

There is biograph() but only if you have the right toolbox. http://www.mathworks.com/help/bioinfo/ref/biograph.html
